Wow - bag arrived yesterday i'm quite impressed.
Quality: first class well made product that looks like it could withstand a tumble down a mountain. Good zips, fabric and stiching.
Function: this is where the bag really excels; it is packed with useful little pockets and innovative features and i'm still discovering more. Expect to be able to transport all your gadgets and more.
Style: it wont win awards but its not unattrative, just more a functional item that a trend accessory.
Size: the bag holds my 15.4" laptop ok but has a lot more room width ways. My only slight complaint is that my laptop is a tight fit at the top pushing slightly against the top of the bag. Another half inch here would have been perfect but it fits and isn't really a problem. If you're thinking you might squeeze a 17" in forget it.
All in all it's just like their penknifes - built rock solid and full of useful features! Highly recommended!!

i received my bag and i couldn't be more satisfied about it
every pocket has a purpose like it has one for cellphone, ipod, pens...
the bag seems very good and only have one problem is the holes on the sides. it doesnt afect the laptop but if i have some books in the front pocket if it rains they can get wet. if you want a bag that you can take to school with your laptop this is the perfect choice!!
besides that i give it a 10/10.

Once I had got over the minor delivery glitch, I was suitably impressed by the bag when it arrived. Seems to be well designed and manufactured and having used it for the past week , I can safely say it knocks spots off the briefcase type carrier I was using before and would recommend to anyone thinking of a reasonably priced laptop bag.

Really pleased with the Swissgear laptop rucksack. Good protection for my lap top and loads of room for all the documents and other stuff I end up carrying round with me. Shoulder straps well padded and comfortable. Bag well made. All in all great value.

Has to be one of my best buys from Amazon. The bag itself, is really well made with loads of pockets and space for an endless variety of items. Bit concerned about the six holes (breathing holes ???)on the outer shell, which will let water in - but suppose I can block them off with some rubber grommets. Minor issue with an otherwise great bag !
